Platform terms — launch draft.

A practical placeholder for solicitor review before public commercial launch.

This is a launch-draft framework, not a substitute for UK legal advice. Replace with solicitor-approved terms before accepting commercial customers.

1. Platform role

Suretio provides technology for capturing and managing construction-security requirements and may introduce users to third-party firms. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, Suretio is not the underwriter, surety, guarantor or legal adviser.

2. User information

Users are responsible for ensuring information submitted to the platform is accurate, lawful and authorised for sharing with relevant counterparties.

3. No guarantee

Access to the platform does not guarantee underwriting capacity, approval, pricing, wording or issue of any bond or guarantee.

4. Third parties

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, regulatory status, underwriting requirements and contractual decisions.

5. Commercial access and fees

Suretio platform access is provided under a paid commercial licence. Accounts are activated only after the applicable commercial terms and billing arrangements are agreed. Published launch prices may be subject to VAT and any customer-specific written terms. Suspension or expiry of a licence may restrict platform access while preserving records in accordance with the applicable terms and data-retention obligations.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not submit unlawful material, misuse access controls, attempt to obtain another user's information or interfere with platform security.

7. Liability and governing law

Commercial liability provisions, service levels, data-processing terms and governing-law clauses must be finalised for the operating company before launch.
